Dems: Champions of ‘Democracy’ Or Masters of Deceit?

Louis XIV once said, ‘I am the state’. If we were to equate this to modern times, the Democratic Party’s slogan could be ‘We are Democracy’. Their bias has become evident in their acts of suppressing anything not supportive of their views. They see contrarian perspectives as threats to democracy, while content that doesn’t align with theirs is termed anti-democratic, a clear indicator of their skewed perspective.

What are the elements they mark as threats to democracy? U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s deportation of criminals, measures to address urban crime, deployment of reality-based congressional districts, implementation of ballot ID laws, trim down of bureaucracy, protection of women’s sports and privacy, and opposition to race-based quotas – all these perfectly logical undertakings are seen as existential threats by this party.

The Democrats’ unfounded slurs against former President Trump have grown exponentially since 2016. To them, he is an embodiment of corporate evil, a destructive figure that poses a clear and present danger to democracy. Ironically, they fail to see the irony in treating a democratically elected president in such a way.

South Carolina Democratic Representative James Clyburn, who played an instrumental role in securing the Democratic presidential nomination for Joseph R. Biden in 2020, expressed alarm at the potential consequences of Democrats losing the 2022 midterm elections. He warned that it would mark the end of democracy, a prediction that fell flat as they did indeed experience defeat, yet democracy persisted.

In 2024, The Washington Post published an opinion piece stating, ‘A Trump dictatorship is inevitable.’ James Carville, a well-known Democratic strategist, concurred by saying the 2024 election would determine whether we were ‘going to have a Constitution or not.’ The portrayal of an election, the hallmark of democracy, as an impending doom for the Constitution raises questions about their true understanding of democratic principles.

No conversation about the Democratic Party is complete without mentioning the infamous ‘existential threat’ tagline. Biden, throughout his time in office, exerted himself in painting Mr. Trump as an existential danger to our system of government. Not surprisingly, Vice President Kamala Harris was complicit in this narrative, stating that 2024 ‘genuinely could be’ the last democratic election if they failed. Ane desperate attempts to paint themselves as the last bastion of democracy can be likened to a baseless cry of wolf.

Let’s switch focus to actual threats to our democracy. The Democrats championed a candidate incapable of governing due to mental and physical issues. Pawns operating under his name, they deceived the public by endlessly proclaiming their figurehead was capable and sharp-as-ever, despite evident struggles to maintain a coherent presence at public events. This concealed arrangement is a grievous violation of the people’s sovereignty.

The Democratic Party’s actions during the 2024 election were far from democratic. They went to unprecedented lengths to manipulate the landscape in their favor. Fortunately, their efforts were nullified by a unanimous U.S. Supreme Court decision that categorically rejected their undue overreach. However, their intent was clear: to sabotage the democratic election process and fuel unfavorable bias against Mr. Trump.

The Dems’ definition of democracy is peculiar, to say the least. They affirm the crossing of our borders by 2 million illegal aliens, meddling with law enforcement because they disagree with its principles, allowing illegals with no concept of road signs to operate large vehicles, and haughtily opposing voter ID laws as they complicate the election fraud process. This disturbing interpretation suggests a significant deviation from foundational democratic principles.

Furthermore, their obsession with power extends to exploiting their positions to enrich family members, instigating violence to fuel urban riots, and promoting drastic policy changes such as gun confiscation, indoctrinating public schools, ‘gender transition’ for minors, prolonging presidential nominations, and pushing for D.C statehood to stack the Senate in their favor. And yet, they label themselves as defenders of democracy.

The Democrats’ persistent claim of embodying democracy is ironic given their drift away from the ideology of their party founder, Thomas Jefferson. His ideal was a government of strictly limited powers, a stark contrast to the Democrats’ approach since the New Deal. Interestingly, if Jefferson were president today, Democrats would likely label this key figure in our nation’s history as a threat to democracy.

Democratic Party’s constant narrative of impending doom is not resonating with voters. Polls indicate that the public identifies the real danger to democracy as a party promoting lawlessness, not a president advocating for public safety. However, it doesn’t seem like the Democrats are ready to bid their scaremongering tactics goodbye just yet. The continuation of their smear campaign against the president and his allies seems inevitable.
