The compassionate woman, along with her partner, are setting an example by expressing their intention to give the kitten a permanent home once this unnerving ordeal is over. They’ve affectionately christened it ‘Diesel’, a moniker rooted in the unconventional circumstances of the first encounter at the gas station.
