Dr. S. Jaishankar, the Minister of External Affairs, is set to carry out a significant four-day journey to the United States taking place from the last day of June until the second day of July. This diplomatic mission, scheduled within the framework of a paramount Quad Foreign Ministers’ Meeting, is aimed at amplifying the strategic alignment in the Indo-Pacific realm. The Quad alliance, a partnership consisting of India, the United States, Japan, and Australia, will consider launching novel initiatives spanning a variety of focal areas. These strategic spheres include connectivity, maritime situation awareness, green energy solutions, counteracting false information, and enhancing the resilience of supply chains.
