The city has expressed a lack of execution from its leaders, noting the millions of dollars they have received to restore the compromised water filtration system and the troubling absence of noticeable progress for several months.

The statement stressed the city’s failure to put those funds to effective use and the lapse in activity toward repairing the damaged water supply system.
