Kamala Harris’ Unfounded Fear Tactics in 2024 Failed Presidential Run

In a series of circulated video cuts, Kamala Harris, the erstwhile vice president, alarmingly delineated how a subsequent presidency under Donald Trump might hamper America’s journey forward. This viral compilation originating from a TikTok post in February 2025 features snippets from Harris’ failed 2024 quest for the Oval office. She was captured expressing fears about the drastic policy changes under Trump’s second presidency, unduly emphasizing points that many may consider misguided or plain wrong.

One of the more contentious features of her discourse was centered around ‘Project 2025’, a hypothetical and much-challenged plan allegedly associated with Donald Trump. Harris continued her futile endeavor to associate Trump with Project 2025 despite Trump vehemently denying his connection. It was almost comical to watch her scramble to pin statements on him whilst he reiterated, ‘None of it’s true.’

In her fantastical narrative, she wildly prognosticated about Trump’s ostensible plans to eradicate the Department of Education. Repeating the assertion like a mantra, she stated, ‘They’re hell-bent on dismantling the Department of Education’. While this statement might have served as a good scare-tactic during her campaign, it conversely signaled her fixation on specious and unsubstantiated theories.

The incumbent education secretary at the time, Linda McMahon, was represented as being complicit in this alleged plan to dissolve the department. The regurgitation of a cryptic email, supposedly indicating the impending closure of several department offices across the country, served more as a political sleight of hand than an evidence-based argument for Harris.

Harris’s scare campaign didn’t stop there; she purveyed the false notion that the Trump administration would scythe funding for Medicaid, impairing one of America’s most critical healthcare programs. Conjuring up fears rather than presenting a viable alternative is indicative of Harris’s flawed approach to political discourse.

Marching hand in hand with her narrative were some findings released by the Congressional Budget Office in March, showing the alleged challenges Republicans could face without implementing significant cuts to government health schemes. A biased interpretation was shared by a Democratic budget analyst, who literally pointed towards this as a supposed ‘directive to strip away the public’s health coverage.’ The claim seems hyperbolic when viewed through a lens not tinted by political bias.

Throughout the 2024 race, Trump consciously attempted to distance himself from the conjectural conservative governance framework put forth by some within his party. Yet, in another twist of irony, Kamala Harris tried to paint a Darwinian image of Trump in November 2024 when he nominated Russell Vought, one of the conservative roadmap’s authors, as the director of the Office of Management and Budget.

A report from January gave wings to further speculation, asserting that several of Trump’s early actions in his presidency could be seen as reflections of Project 2025. These reportedly included ‘sweeping deregulation measures to aggressive immigration reform’, a fact that somehow seems tantamount to a crime in Harris’s worldview.

Insiders, local to the Democratic Party, amusingly described Kamala Harris’ leadership as a political version of ‘Where’s Waldo’, turning a critical eye to her absence at a time when her presence was ostensibly needed. The sources maintained a strong narrative that her leadership approach was woefully misaligned with the world’s core needs during these tough times.

A party insider voiced his disappointment with Harris, stating, ‘She’s MIA.’ He continued, ‘Isn’t this the same person who had a $2 billion campaign budget aimed at an election victory? I’m just glad she seems to be enjoying her visits to musical performances while being managed by CAA. This hands-off strategy of ‘do nothing, say nothing,’ isn’t exactly the caliber of leadership the world is yearning for at this moment.’

Another source took a jibe at Harris, stating, ‘At least he’s out there doing stuff.’ The source further critiqued Harris’s ostensible attitude as stuck in dated thinking, stating, ‘It’s as if she believes, ‘Well, I’m not running for a year and a half, so I might as well disappear.’ Again, this indicates the confounding logic guiding Harris’s political decisions.
