Oren Alexander Gears Up for Legal Battle with High-profile Attorneys

Oren Alexander, the shamed property dealer, has appointed Marc Agnifilo, Teny Geragos, and Zach Intrater as his criminal defense lawyers. These attorneys will take charge in Alexander’s forthcoming trial related to sex trafficking allegations. He is currently facing half a dozen accusations ranging from sex trafficking, conspiracy, all the way to aggravated sexual abuse as indicted by the Southern District of New York.

This week, the newly-appointed legal representatives made their official notices of appearance public. Alexander previously experienced a legal victory in July when the New York Federal court declared him innocent of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges. Although he avoided the more severe accusations, he was found guilty on two lesser counts related to transportation for prostitution purposes.

Oren, in conjunction with his siblings, former broker Tal and private security firm head Alon, have been held in a Brooklyn detention facility awaiting their trial, which is scheduled for January 2026. The trio was taken into custody in Miami in December, facing allegations of sex trafficking and conspiracy to partake in sex trafficking.

In the subsequent months, prosecutors built on their case against the Alexander brothers by bringing additional charges in two superseding indictments served in May and June. Should a guilty verdict be passed, the Alexander brothers might find themselves serving lifetime sentences.

To all the charges presented before them, the three brothers responded with a collective plea of ‘not guilty’. Furthermore, Oren and Alon Alexander are dealing with separate charges of sexual battery, which were filed in Miami-Dade County.

In association with one of the allegations, a former family friend and past associate have also been charged alongside the brothers. The complexity of the case takes a new turn with each development, maintaining a high level of public interest.
