Ned, who has been distanced from the field of journalism since his college years, now finds himself entrusted with the responsibility of salvaging the company’s minor newspaper division in Toledo, where he has recently assumed the role of editor-in-chief.

The Toledo Truth-Teller, the newspaper in question, is bereft of enough professional reporters, only employing a small handful.
