Biden’s DOJ Caught Fishing for Trump Accusations

New information has surfaced, suggesting misuses of the Biden era Department of Justice (DOJ). Emails from within the FBI have exposed an unsettling quest for fresh accusations against former President Donald Trump. These pertain to the infamous Capitol riot that took place on Jan. 6th, 2023, and intriguingly, his role in the J6 prisoner choir, all based on a singular, politically biased news piece.

Made available to public eyes through the efforts of Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman, Chuck Grassley, these 2023 correspondences are a startling testament to the predatory legal manoeuvres fuelled by deep-seated anti-Trump sentiments. Such malevolent tactics have clearly marred special counsel Jack Smith’s investigation throughout the Biden presidency.

One email, distinctly disturbing, pertains to a prosecutor asking his DOJ counterparts on March 8, 2023, ‘Can we work to nail down Trump’s participation in this?’. The subject of the email was ‘J6 Prisoner Choir/DJT’, pointing to an attached article “Trump Partners On Song With Jan. 6 Defendants…Trump In Conjunction With Jan. 6 Convicts Creates New Anthem Titled ‘Justice For All.’” ,

It appears that the email had been passed along to eight agents and DOJ correspondents. The freshly minted song would generate profits that would be channelled towards an LLC with the express intention of providing financial aid to families of the imprisoned J6 culprits. A screening process, however, has been established to exclude families of defendants who had enacted violence against policemen.

One of the prosecutors, Cooney, allegedly encouraged peers to kick-start proceedings on ‘Ed Henry’s LLC’ although the nature of these proceedings remains unspecified. They could potentially involve a subpoena, search warrant or other court-sanctioned actions designed to collect evidence.

Senator Grassley, who exposed the questionable email communications, alleges that this latest revelation is another flagrant manifestation of the inappropriate politicization of the federal law enforcement system, mobilized in an obsessive quest to incriminate Trump.

Rather than focusing their efforts on the legitimate enforcement duties of the DOJ and FBI, these individuals, driven by partisan bias, seem to have been dedicating their resources to scouring cyberspace for any scrap of information that could be twisted into another unfounded case against the former President.

As Grassley boldly declared to the Post, the activities of these prosecutors and agents are showing great disservice to the American public, who fund their salaries with their hard-earned resources, and who count on the DOJ and FBI for protection and service.

Chairman Grassley is currently collaborating with the FBI director and his deputy with the ultimate intention of uncovering the full extent of such self-serving legal instrumentalities, a malignancy that seems to have infiltrated the FBI headquarters.

Behind this unfruitful attempt to villainize Trump lies a group of perpetrators, orchestrating an eight-year long campaign of lawfare against the former President. But alas, their efforts bore no fruit.

Instead, we were all witness to Trump’s decisive triumph in the 2024 elections. The witch-hunt led by special counsel Jack Smith had utterly failed, the Mar-a-Lago complaints, as well as the Jan. 6 allegations, were cast aside.

Trump commandeered the situation magnificently, swiftly relieving his team of their duties, turning his ire towards their law firms while granting pardons to every defendant associated with the Jan. 6 incident.

This series of events is a poignant narrative of how political bias can obscure reason, creating a twisted caricature of justice, detrimental to the well-being of a nation. The disastrous repercussions of such a biased and single-minded pursuit of defamation against any political figure serves as a stark reminder of the vulnerability of the democratic process.

Looking forward, it is of utmost importance for the governing bodies to acknowledge these flaws and strive towards the establishment of an unbiased and transparent judicial process that deflects partisan influence, ensuring the preservation of truth, fairness, and justice in every aspect of its operation.
