Former Israeli Prime Minister Says ‘With 100% Certainty’ Epstein Never Worked For Israel

Former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett has forcefully denied claims that convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein had ties to Israel’s intelligence service, calling the allegations “categorically and totally false.”

Bennett, who oversaw Mossad operations during his tenure as prime minister, issued a rare statement on X to push back on speculation that Epstein operated a blackmail ring on behalf of the Israeli government. That theory has been floated in recent months by prominent commentators, including Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, and Charlie Kirk.

“As a former Israeli Prime Minister, with the Mossad having reported directly to me, I say to you with 100% certainty: The accusation that Jeffrey Epstein somehow worked for Israel or the Mossad is categorically and totally false,” Bennett stated. “Epstein never worked for the Mossad.”

Bennett went on to accuse Carlson and others of spreading falsehoods for political effect. “They just make things up, say it with confidence and these lies stick, because it’s Israel. There’s a vicious wave of slander and lies against my country and my people, and we just won’t take it anymore.”

The remarks come amid renewed interest in Epstein’s network and the possible intelligence links behind his decades-long blackmail operation, which involved some of the world’s most powerful political and business figures.

While media scrutiny has largely focused on Epstein’s ties to figures like Bill Gates, Larry Summers, and former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, Carlson has questioned whether Epstein’s operations were aided by foreign intelligence — particularly Mossad.

The Wall Street Journal previously reported that Epstein met with numerous high-profile figures from 2013 to 2017, including Gates, Chomsky, Reid Hoffman, and Barak — the latter being a longtime opponent of current Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Bennett’s denial appears aimed at shielding the Israeli state from what he views as politically motivated conspiracy theories. However, calls for transparency around the Epstein case — including who may have protected or enabled him — continue to grow across the political spectrum.
