Kai Trump Reveals Special Gift For President Trump’s 80th Birthday

Kai Trump revealed that she is giving her grandfather, President Donald Trump, a round of golf as a special gift for his 80th birthday.

The 19-year-old competitive golfer shared the birthday plans while speaking with The Post on the red carpet at the ESPY Awards. She said playing golf together was the perfect gift because it is a sport they both love and have enjoyed throughout their close relationship.

Kai has frequently credited her grandfather with supporting her golf career and giving her opportunities to play on some of the country’s top courses. She said President Trump has remained encouraging as she prepares to take the next major step in her athletic career.

The president celebrated his 80th birthday on June 14, with Kai sharing a heartfelt message on social media telling him how much she loves him. The two also celebrated together at a major UFC event held on the White House South Lawn as part of the nation’s 250th anniversary festivities.

Kai is preparing to join the University of Miami women’s golf team for the 2026-2027 season. She has built a large following on social media while documenting her golf career, family life, and experiences alongside her grandfather.

Although she now lives in Jupiter, Florida, Kai was born in New York City and said she still enjoys returning to her hometown. She listed Central Park and several well-known Manhattan restaurants among her favorite places to visit while in the city.
