President Trump Attends Dignified Transfer Of Four Fallen U.S. Troops

The four service members were identified as First Lt. Tyler James Feehan of Hawaii, Pvt. Isabella Gonzales of Texas, Sgt. Angel S. Rampersad of New York, and Sgt. Michael Emmanuel Swinton of North Carolina. Feehan, Gonzales and Rampersad were killed during an Iranian missile attack on Muwaffaq Salti Air Base in Jordan, while Swinton died in Iraq during the controlled detonation of a downed Iranian drone.

President Trump reiterated that Iran would face severe consequences for attacks on American troops, saying the United States would continue responding forcefully to any aggression. He emphasized that protecting U.S. service members remains his administration’s highest priority and vowed that those responsible would be held accountable.

The ceremony marked the third dignified transfer President Trump has attended since the war began earlier this year.
