Buffalo Bills Eye Sixth Consecutive AFC East Victory in 2025

This week, the NFL is set to release the exhaustive agenda of the Buffalo Bills for the 2025 season, which includes both preseason and regular matches as the team aims to clinch its sixth consecutive AFC East championship. The unveiling of Buffalo’s prolific 17-game season is slated for 8 p.m., Wednesday, May 14.

The Bills are expected to play nine games in their home ground and venture off their turf for another eight regular season games. In addition, the preseason roster includes one match at home and two on foreign soil. By virtue of topping the AFC in the past season, the Bills are slated to face off against all other division champions of the AFC, along with an extra competing team that also topped their league in the NFC.

Teams that Buffalo Bills will be playing at their home include the Miami Dolphins, New England Patriots, New York Jets, Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals, New Orleans Saints, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Kansas City Chiefs, and the Philadelphia Eagles.

As for their journeys on the road, the Buffalo Bills team will face the Miami Dolphins, the New England Patriots, the New York Jets, the Atlanta Falcons, the Carolina Panthers, the Cleveland Browns, the Pittsburgh Steelers, and the Houston Texans.

There are speculations that the Bills could be engaged in international play this season. Even so, should this happen, it should be noted that Buffalo will not play as a home team during any such international game. Their potential opponents overseas are four teams who are slated to host international NFL matches in 2025.

Potential international games on the Buffallo Bills’ schedule include a face-off against the Miami Dolphins in Spain’s Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, a match against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Ireland’s Croke Park, a possible duel at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London against the Cleveland Browns or the New York Jets.

In its history, the last encounter of the Bills in international waters did not go down well for the team: they suffered a loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars in London at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The match took place on October 8, 2023, and they lost narrowly by 25-20.

The NFL regulations allow each team a total of ten organized team practice activity (OTAs) days. Although full contact is not permitted, 7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 drills are possible during these sessions. The Buffallo Bills have scheduled their OTA drills for May 27-29, followed by June 2-3, and finally on June 5.

A mandatory minicamp for seasoned players on the Bills team has also been placed on the calendar, running from June 10 to June 12 of the same year.
