Dominion Voting Systems Acquired, Rebranded as ‘Liberty Vote’ Under New Pro-Election Integrity Leadership
Dominion Voting Systems, long at the center of election integrity concerns raised by President Donald Trump and his supporters, has officially been acquired and renamed “Liberty Vote” by Scott Leiendecker, a respected election reform advocate and former Republican elections director in St. Louis.
Leiendecker, who will now take full ownership and operational control of the company, announced sweeping reforms aimed at restoring public confidence in America’s electoral system. Chief among them: a renewed emphasis on hand-marked paper ballots, full transparency, and strict third-party auditing.
“Liberty Vote signals a new chapter for American elections — one where trust is rebuilt from the ground up,” Leiendecker said Thursday. “We are delivering election technology that prioritizes paper-based transparency, security, and simplicity so that voters can be assured that every ballot is filled in accurately and fairly counted.”
The newly renamed company vows to follow President Trump’s executive order on “Preserving and Protecting the Integrity of American Elections” by implementing 100% American ownership, American-based staffing, and U.S.-developed software.
Leiendecker also promised to introduce rigorous independent auditing standards, ensuring accountability at every step of the election process. The reforms will move the company away from the practices that fueled widespread skepticism after the 2020 election.
Dominion came under intense scrutiny when Trump and allies alleged the company’s machines had switched or deleted votes in favor of Joe Biden. Though those allegations led to a flurry of defamation lawsuits — including a $787 million settlement with Fox News and a $67 million settlement with Newsmax — many Americans remain uneasy about the integrity of vote tabulation systems.
Liberty Vote aims to change that perception.
According to its launch statement, the company is “committed to securing the vote, restoring confidence, and serving every American voter with the highest standards of transparency, accountability, and patriotism.”
With paper ballots, third-party verification, and complete domestic control, Leiendecker says Liberty Vote will not only meet federal compliance standards but will go beyond them to guarantee every vote is counted fairly and accurately — and in full view of the public.
The acquisition and rebrand represent one of the most significant election integrity reforms since 2020, and a major victory for those pushing for secure, transparent, and truly American-run elections.
