Judge Subramanian found it inexcusable that Combs tried to engage the jury panel through seemingly unintentional facial cues during the ongoing trial process.
Thursday’s proceedings were noted for a strong critique given by Judge Subramanian to the defense team representing music industry veteran Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.
