President Trump Puts Pam Bondi On Blast Over Comey, Schiff: ‘Justice Must Be Served’
President Donald Trump issued a fiery statement Saturday evening calling out Attorney General Pam Bondi for what he described as inaction and delay in prosecuting high-profile Democrat figures, including former FBI Director James Comey, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), and New York Attorney General Letitia James.
Trump Demands Action on High-Profile Investigations
Trump’s criticism centers on the lack of movement in several ongoing investigations. Comey was referred to the DOJ by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard for alleged criminal misconduct tied to the Obama-era Russia hoax. Meanwhile, Schiff and James are under scrutiny for alleged mortgage fraud — Schiff for allegedly misrepresenting his primary residence to secure a favorable interest rate, and James for purchasing homes in Virginia while claiming New York residency to remain eligible for her AG position.
“Pam: I have reviewed over 30 statements and posts saying that, essentially, ‘same old story as last time, all talk, no action,’” Trump posted to Truth Social. “What about Comey, Adam ‘Shifty’ Schiff, Leticia??? They’re all guilty as hell, but nothing is going to be done.”
Frustration Over DOJ Picks and Prosecutorial Delays
The president also revealed he blocked the appointment of a proposed U.S. Attorney in Virginia whom he described as a “Woke RINO,” claiming the individual was supported by Democrats and failed to pursue viable cases.
“He even lied to the media and said he quit, and that we had no case. No, I fired him, and there is a GREAT CASE,” Trump wrote. “Lindsey Halligan is a really good lawyer, and likes you, a lot. We can’t delay any longer, it’s killing our reputation and credibility. They impeached me twice, and indicted me (5 times!), OVER NOTHING. JUSTICE MUST BE SERVED, NOW!!!”
New Nomination: Lindsey Halligan For U.S. Attorney
In a follow-up post, Trump praised Bondi’s overall leadership but emphasized the need for a more aggressive prosecutor in the Eastern District of Virginia. He announced his intention to nominate attorney Lindsey Halligan to the role.
“Pam Bondi is doing a GREAT job as Attorney General of the United States,” Trump said. “She is very careful, very smart, loves our Country, but needs a tough prosecutor… I will be nominating Lindsey Halligan… She will be Fair, Smart, and will provide, desperately needed, JUSTICE FOR ALL!”
Allegations Against Schiff and James Mount
The Daily Caller News Foundation reported that Schiff used a Maryland residence as his “primary” to obtain mortgage benefits, while James, despite being the New York attorney general, reportedly listed multiple Virginia properties as primary residences — an apparent conflict with New York’s legal residency requirements.
As public frustration builds over perceived double standards in the justice system, Trump’s message is clear: no more stalling. The ball, he says, is now in Bondi’s court — and the American people are watching.
