Republican-Led Oversight Committee Drops Massive Trove Of Over 33,000 Epstein Docs

The House Oversight Committee, led by Republicans, released a bombshell cache of over 33,000 pages of documents tied to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, marking one of the largest information dumps related to the case to date.

Chairman James Comer (R-KY) confirmed Tuesday that the Department of Justice handed over the material under subpoena. In total, 33,295 pages were released, as the committee digs deeper into Epstein’s web of political and financial influence.

“The White House is working with us,” Comer said. “I wanna publicly thank the White House for turning over so many documents thus far.”

Comer also confirmed that the committee has already subpoenaed several high-profile individuals, including former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. The committee also intends to bring in Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s longtime associate, for further testimony.

The DOJ previously released tapes of an interview with Maxwell conducted by Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche. In the interview, Maxwell denied witnessing any illegal or inappropriate behavior from powerful men around Epstein — including President Donald Trump and Bill Clinton.

“I never, ever saw any man doing something inappropriate with a woman of any age,” Maxwell said, while noting that definitions of “inappropriate” may vary.

Maxwell added praise for Trump: “Trump was always very cordial and very kind to me. And I just want to say that I admire his extraordinary achievement in becoming the president now. And I like him, and I’ve always liked him. So that is the sum and substance of my entire relationship with him.”

The committee’s probe continues, with more subpoenas expected in the coming weeks. While Democrats have dismissed the investigation as politically motivated, Republicans say they’re determined to expose the full extent of Epstein’s network — no matter where it leads.
