Vanessa Trump Returns To Social Media After Tiger Woods DUI Arrest, Stays Silent On Crash
Vanessa Trump resurfaced on Instagram less than a day after Tiger Woods was arrested following a DUI-related crash in Florida, but her posts made no reference to the incident that has drawn widespread attention.
Instead, Trump shared two Instagram story updates featuring her daughter, Kai Trump, attending the Miami Open. One image showed Kai posing alongside a young golf pro and a tennis coach, while another clip captured her answering fan questions in an informal Q&A.
The timing of the posts stood out, arriving just hours after Woods’ arrest, yet there was no acknowledgment of the crash, his legal situation, or any public statement addressing the situation.
Authorities say Woods crashed his Range Rover near his home on Jupiter Island after attempting to pass a truck towing equipment. The vehicle flipped during the incident. Officers on the scene reported that Woods appeared lethargic and showed signs of impairment.
He was charged with DUI, property damage, and refusing to submit to a lawful test. Woods spent roughly eight hours in custody following the crash.
According to Martin County Sheriff John Budensiek, deputies conducted multiple roadside evaluations and noted indicators of impairment. A breath test later showed no alcohol in his system, shifting attention to the possibility of other substances.
When asked to take a urinalysis test, Woods declined, leading to an additional charge. Officials said alcohol was not believed to be a factor, but the refusal raised further questions about what may have contributed to the crash.
President Donald Trump commented on the situation, describing Woods as a close friend and expressing concern following the incident.
Woods has not issued any public statement since the crash. The arrest marks another troubling chapter in a series of past incidents involving the golfer, including previous DUI charges and multiple high-profile car accidents.
Vanessa Trump, who has been linked to Woods for over a year, was not involved in the crash. The two had recently been seen together at a golf event in Palm Beach, making her sudden but carefully curated return to social media all the more noticeable.
