The White House is now reviewing a staggering number of documents—potentially over one million—that were approved during Joe Biden’s presidency using an autopen, raising serious questions about who was truly making decisions in the Oval Office.

According to officials, the White House Counsel’s Office is leading the internal review, with tens of thousands of records already assembled from the National Archives. The documents are now being scrutinized to determine whether Biden personally authorized any of the actions bearing his name.

“Joe Biden was the worst, most incompetent, and senile president in our country’s history,” said White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt. “It has been widely reported that Joe Biden handed the power of the presidency to an autopen controlled by unelected leftist staffers, who were allowed to make terrible decisions that destroyed our country.”

Leavitt said President Trump’s administration is committed to full transparency and is determined to uncover who was actually behind the executive actions signed under Biden’s name.

One White House official said the investigation is focused on what Biden actually directed versus what staffers carried out on his behalf. “The only time a legitimate use of the autopen should happen is if the president said he wanted something done, or if he was asked for his approval,” the official said.

The use of the autopen came under fire recently after it was revealed that Biden granted thousands of pardons and commutations in his final days in office—without directly reviewing the final list of names. Instead, aides reportedly generated the list based on general criteria provided by Biden, then used the autopen to sign off on the relief without his direct involvement.

In an interview with The New York Times, Biden defended the process, claiming he “made every decision” and that the use of the autopen was necessary due to the large volume of actions taken.

The review now underway by the Trump White House runs in parallel to two other investigations: one by the House Oversight Committee and another by the Department of Justice. The White House Counsel’s Office is said to be cooperating with the DOJ as the administration seeks to determine the extent of the autopen’s use and whether it was abused to bypass presidential accountability.

The mounting scrutiny raises fresh concerns about Biden’s mental acuity and his staff’s influence over critical decisions during his presidency. Republicans are likely to seize on the findings as further evidence of what they’ve long called a “shadow presidency” run by unelected bureaucrats and handlers.
