Biden’s Security Stripped: Disaster Waiting to Happen?
Since resuming control, Trump’s efforts to retaliate against his adversaries have shown to be more widespread, innovative, and smooth than initially thought, with less dependency on the legal system. Trump rescinded the security licenses of Joe Biden, previous President, along with multiple individuals from his administration and other noteworthy Democrats in a move that heavily undermines security standards.
The children of Mr. Biden, Hunter, and Ashley, found themselves without Secret Service protection, courtesy of Trump’s unprecedented orders. This decision raises questions about the safety of these individuals, especially considering the important positions their father holds.
Trump also attempted to weaken the security grid by pulling back the security protocols for several former members of his first administration. The Biden administration had warned of continuous threats from Iran due to actions they took on Trump’s behalf, but these warnings fell on deaf ears.
The Pentagon, following orders from Trump, dispensed with Gen. Mark A. Milley’s security detail. They proceeded to launch an inspector general inquiry into his record and removed his portrait from the Pentagon’s hallways, which is a clear sign of disrespect towards a military officer.

Shockingly, even Dr. Anthony Fauci, a top official who was leading the government’s response to the pandemic found his security protection expired following an order from the Trump administration. This move seems to target those involved in disease control, putting public health at risk.
In a sweeping move, the Trump administration let go over a dozen prosecutors who had been assigned to the special counsel for the two criminal probes into Trump himself. Many senior employees at the bureau were coerced into resigning, leading to a clear power imbalance.
Veteran career lawyers who carries crucial responsibilities like bankruptcy litigation, pardon work, and other legal issues were forcibly removed from office. This action can be seen as a direct attack on the judiciary and those who uphold law and order.
The Trump administration, not satisfied with the dismissals, initiated an investigation into federal prosecutors and agents. Their only crime? Investigating cases against pro-Trump rioters who created havoc at the Capitol on January 6, 2021.
In an odd case, the Department of Justice’s pardon attorney was given the boot only a day after refusing to suggest the restoration of gun rights for Mel Gibson, a well-known Trump supporter, throwing ethics and legality into question.

The EEOC sent letters to these firms asking for information regarding their diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, which could be perceived as an attempt to control the private sector.
