WHCD Suspect’s Manifesto Suggests Intent For Mass Casualties At Dinner

Authorities say a manifesto linked to White House Correspondents’ Dinner suspect Cole Tomas Allen outlines a willingness to inflict mass casualties during the attack that forced the evacuation of President Donald Trump and hundreds of attendees.

According to investigators, the roughly 1,000-word document indicates Allen contemplated using deadly force to reach perceived targets inside the event, which was attended by approximately 2,500 people including Vice President JD Vance, cabinet officials, lawmakers, and media figures.

Law enforcement officials say the manifesto includes references to political grievances and ideological justifications for the attack. While Allen allegedly described certain individuals as intended targets, authorities say the document suggests he was prepared to harm others in the process.

The suspect reportedly sent the document to relatives shortly before the shooting, which took place outside the ballroom at the Washington Hilton. He was stopped by Secret Service agents before reaching the main event area and taken into custody.

Officials confirmed that Allen was armed with multiple weapons and discharged several rounds before being subdued. At least one agent was struck but protected by body armor and is expected to recover.

The manifesto is now a central piece of evidence as investigators work to determine motive, planning, and whether any warning signs were missed prior to the incident.

MANIFESTO BELOW:

Attorney General Todd Blanche said the investigation remains ongoing, including a review of Allen’s communications, background, and movements leading up to the attack.

Authorities have not released the full document publicly but say its contents point to a premeditated act with potential for significantly greater harm had the suspect not been stopped.
